How do I order Fabrics?
To purchase products, simply use the navigation bar that is on the and top of every page to find the products you are interested in. Once you see a product you would like to order, enter the quantity you would like, in meters, into the quantity field and then click the "Add to Cart". Price displayed is referred to 1 meter per fabric width indicated in "Product Sheet". Fabrics are sold by the linear meters and orders may be fractions of the meters, as eg 1.5 meters.
Can I order a sample before I purchase a fabric?
We sell samples for most of the fabrics that we offer. You can order a sample of a fabric by clicking on button associated with the fabric you are interested in;

What does it mean if a product is on backorder?
You may get a notice of backorder when either we can't fill your order because the yardage you require is greater than the stock we have on hand, or we don't have the item in stock based on the mill's availability. We recommend that you continue with your purchase as it is normally possible to fulfill most orders.
My purchased fabric have to be backordered, how long will I receive it?
Normally restocking by our suppliers are handled in 5 - 10 business days.
I still not received the fabric backordered, can I cancel my order?
If for any reason we are unable to complete the order, we will issue you with a refund.
My items are in stock. How long does it take from the time you receive my order for it to get shipped?
Expedited orders placed before 1pm, should be shipped that day or at the latest the day after.* For standard shipping, please allow 24-48 hours for processing and cutting of your order*.
    *Excluding cases in which one or more purchased products are not available/reordered.

When will my order ship?
While in most cases we are able to ship domestic orders within 1 or 2 business days of when the order is placed, we cannot guarantee it. Business Days are defined as weekdays, Monday-Friday 9am – 4pm, excluding Saturday, Sunday and Holidays. Saturdays, Sundays, or National Holidays, does NOT count as a "shipping day". Expedited orders shipping out the same day of order placement must be received no later than 1pm; call for availability.
If I choose expedited shipping, how long does it take?
3 Day Shipping takes 3 Business Days. 2 Day Shipping takes 2 Business Days. Next Day takes 1 Business Day. All of these estimates are not inclusive of the day you place your order. Example: If you place an order on a Monday afternoon with Next Day Shipping, the order will leave our warehouse on Tuesday, and arrive to you on Wednesday.
Why does it take 5-7 days for Standard Ground Shipping?
All sample orders and most small orders ship via "Standard Shipping", which can vary 3-7 days. All other orders ship via "Expedited Shipping", and typically, the longest it will take is 3 days from the day after you place your order.
Orders for items which are backordered or out of stock may take longer to ship depending on availability, usually from 5 to 10 working days beyond the normal shipping times.
We will notify you as soon as possible about items that may be backordered.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. To view international shipping rates, add the desired items to your cart and proceed to the checkout process, and then by clicking the "Get Shipping Estimate". All duties are the responsibility of the customer for items shipped outside European Country.
Are samples shipped differently compared to full yards of fabric?
Samples will be shipped via "Priority Mail" service with no shipping charge to the customer. If a customer orders a sample and full yards of fabric, the customer will only be charged shipping for the full yardage item(s).
How do you pack the orders?
Fabric greater than 4 meters may be shipped on a roll when the fabric allows it. All fabric orders that are less than 4 meters are shipped folded in a box. Large orders may be shipped on a pallet.
Why doesn't the color of the fabric that I just purchased match the exact same fabric that I already own?
Slight color variations from roll to roll - regardless of the mill - are commonplace in the textile industry, and occur at the origin of manufacture. If your project requires an exact color match, you'll want your fabric to come from the same roll or from a single order.
Why I have not received any email response or order confirmation?
In the event you have not received an email response, please check your spam/junk folders as you may have your filter settings set too high.
Do you accept purchase orders?
We will accept purchase orders from government organizations, school districts, colleges and universities, and other large public organizations at our discretion. Our procedure is to request institutions to place orders direct on the website and select the preferred payment in the checkout procedure. We will only send the order direct to the public organization once we have received confirmation from the bursar/head/secretary, after the order has been placed.

We accept all major credit cards and debit cards through Paypal and we also accept bank transfers. Please note that goods will only be dispatched upon receipt of cleared funds.
