  • How do I order Fabrics?

    To purchase the products, simply use the navigation bar located at the top of each page to find the products you are interested in. Once you have located the product you wish to order, enter the quantity you desire, in meters, in the quantity field and then click "Add to Cart". The price indicated is for 1 meter of the fabric width specified in the "Product Tab". Fabrics are sold by linear meters and orders can be in fractions of meters, such as 1.5 meters.

    In certain instances, fabrics are sold in predetermined lengths, such as 1.50 metres, or in multiples thereof. The reference to the dimension on sale can be found in the product title (Mtr. 1.50 Fabric...) or near the quantity box - or in both locations - and immediately following the purchase price of the product, the indication "/pc." will be found instead of "/mtr.".

  • Can I order a sample before purchasing the fabric?

    We sell samples for most of the fabrics we offer. It is possible to order a sample of a fabric by clicking on the button "Buy Sample" associated with the fabric you are interested in.

  • What does it mean that the product will be reordered?

    It is possible that you may receive a notification that the product will be reordered when the desired quantity is greater than what is currently available, or if we do not have the product according to the inventory system. It is recommended to proceed with the purchase as it is usually possible to fulfil most orders within 4-10 working days.

  • My purchased fabric needs to be resupplied, when will I receive it?

    Normally, the resupply from our suppliers is managed within 4-10 working days. In the event that there are issues with resupplying the purchased fabric we will proceed to send a notification through the order status update providing all the necessary details.

  • I haven't received the reordered fabric yet, can I cancel my order?

    If for any reason we are unable to fulfill the order we will issue a refund.

  • My items are available in stock: how long will it take, from the moment I place my order, for it to be dispatched?

    Orders with Express Delivery placed before 12:00 will be dispatched on the same day or at the latest, the next day*. For Standard Delivery, please allow 24 hours for order processing*.

    *Please note, this excludes instances where one or more items in the order are not in stock and thus will require additional time to be reordered from our supplier.

  • When will my order be dispatched?

    Although in most cases we are able to ship domestic orders within 1 or 2 business days from the time of order placement, we cannot always guarantee it. Business days are defined as weekdays, Monday through Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday, and holidays*.

    Saturday, Sunday, or national holidays* do NOT count as "business day". Orders shipped on the same day as order placement must be received no later than 1:00 PM.

  • By opting for express shipping, how long will the delivery take?

    Please refer to the cart page where the shipping times for the purchased product are stated (depending on warehouse availability), and to the expected delivery times which are indicated in the shipping service choice box, varying according to the destination country*.

    *Order delivery times are estimates, they cannot be guaranteed or binding in any way as they depend on unpredictable variables such as delays due to courier parcel sorting centres, customs procedures, delivery management handled after customs clearance by external brokers in countries like Turkey and China, etc.

  • Do you ship abroad?

    Yes, we ship worldwide. To view international shipping rates, simply add the desired fabrics to your cart and proceed to the cart page where you will find "Estimate Shipping and Tax". Please note that for shipments outside the European Union, the Italian VAT of 22% will be automatically deducted from the purchase price of the products when you select your destination Country, but all customs duties and fees must be paid upon the arrival of the goods in your Country when customs clearance procedures commence.

  • How do you package orders?

    Normally, fabric orders are shipped folded in a die-cut cardboard box. In some cases, fabrics may be sent on rolls or other, at our discretion or whenever we deem it necessary and appropriate.

    Large orders may be shipped on pallets.

  • Why does the colour of the fabric I just purchased not precisely match that of the previous order?

    Slight variations in colour from one roll to another - regardless of the manufacturer - are commonplace in the textile industry and occur during the production process. If the project requires an exact colour match, the fabric must come from the same roll or a single order.

  • Why have I not received any order confirmation email?

    If you have not received a response via email, please check your junk mail folder as it is likely that your filter settings are too restrictive.

  • Do you accept purchase requests?

    We accept purchase orders from governmental organisations, school districts, schools and universities, and other large public organisations at our discretion.

    Our procedure involves asking institutions to place orders directly on the website and select their preferred payment method during checkout. We will process the order only after receiving a written request from the director/manager/secretary of the requesting public entity via a contact form or email.

  • How may I settle payment for my order?

    We accept all major credit/debit cards via PayPal or Stripe, and we also accept payments through bank transfer*.

    *Please note that the goods will not be dispatched until we have received the funds from your bank.
