At the time of purchase, you can choose between Standard Shipping which require for delivery in 3-5 working days and Express Shipping which takes 1-2 working days for delivery.
Products available on order, marked with the symbol , require an average of 2-3 additional working days for shipping in addition to normal delivery times.
Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds or exchange for incorrect purchases once fabric has been cut.
*Cut fabrics are essentially customized products, each customer choose a different cut from the other, customized according to their needs, therefore it is not possible to sell in a reasonable time the same returned fabric to another customer with the same cutting needs.

We strongly recommend to use the Sample Service to prevent any buying mistakes.
A limited number of fabrics that are sold in pre-cuts can be returned. Where possible to return the fabric will be indicated in “Product Sheet” with the wording “Possibility of Return: Can be returned”
For fabrics that show the possibility of return in “Product Sheet” or if we have committed an error in processing your order please contact us within 14 days after receiving the order through the Contact Form indicating the order number, name and surname.
All returned items must be in original, unflawed condition, unmarked, uncut by the purchaser and in the same packaging in which it was received, for example: box or roll.
The customer is responsible for the shipping costs in the event of a return, and the shipping/handling costs of the original purchase are non-refundable.
Items returned to us in non-salable condition will be returned to sender and no refund will be given charging the shipping costs for the return.
